Nova Scotia

Nova Scotia has 9 species of reptiles -- more than any other Maritime province. Surprisingly, it has two more species than New Brunswick: disjunct populations of Blanding's Turtles and Northern Ribbonsnakes. Nova Scotia (like the other Maritime provinces) has no lizards or rattlesnakes.
